Order Online
To order online, use the links on the left-hand side of the screen to navigate through our current events. You can view all events or view concerts by series (i.e. Classical, Casual Classics or Pops). Select your desired concert and click on the “Order now” link.
Online ticketing using our secure system is the fastest way to reserve your seats for any concert. All of the information you provide is private and safe. Through online ordering you can choose your method of delivery: print at home, mail, or will call pick up. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.

Place ticket orders by telephone, weekdays 9am to 5pm. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard for purchases.
Order In Person
Walk-ins are welcome! We sell tickets at the HSO office on weekdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (10:00 am to 3:00 pm on the day of Saturday concerts). The office is located in the NE corner of the Von Braun Center complex, near the intersection of Monroe and Clinton. Park in the Clinton lot, and use the Mars Music Hall entrance. The $6 processing fee is waived for all walk-in orders.
Tickets are also available at the concert location one hour before the start of the concert.
Ticket Policies
Refund Policy
Except for canceled events, there are no refunds on ticket purchases. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Single tickets cannot be recycled or exchanged. All single ticket sales are final.
Exchange Policy for Season Subscribers only
The ticket exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of their subscription tickets. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for any other concert remaining in the current season. Twenty-four hours notice is required.
Recycle Policy for Season Subscribers only
If you are a season subscriber and cannot attend a concert and do not wish to exchange your tickets for another concert, you can receive credit for a charitable donation equal to the purchase price by recycling your tickets. Recycle by phone at 256-539-4818 or online prior to 3pm on the day of the performance.
There is a $6.00 service charge applied to all online orders.
There is a $3.00 VBC Surcharge applied to each individual performance ticket.
