Refund Policy
Except for cancelled events, there are no refunds on ticket purchases. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Single tickets cannot be recycled or exchanged. All single ticket sales are final.

Exchange Policy for Season Subscribers
The ticket exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of their subscription tickets. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for any other concert remaining in the current season. Twenty-four hours notice is required.

Recycle Policy for Season Subscribers
If you are a season subscriber and cannot attend a concert and do not wish to exchange your tickets for another concert, you can receive credit for a charitable donation equal to the purchase price by recycling your tickets. Recycle by phone at 256-539-4818 or online prior to 3pm on the day of the performance.
