Jennifer Doss

Director of Marketing and Development

With a B.A. and M.A. in communication, Jennifer Doss is the Director of Development and Marketing for the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra. In this capacity, Jennifer serves as the lead staff member for annual fundraising campaigns in the professional community, corporate fundraising, and the design, development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns. Jennifer’s background includes experience in market research, marketing plan development/project management, social media marketing, event planning, branding, graphic design, and media relations. Jennifer previously worked for The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

Cindy Reaves

Operations Director

Cindy Reaves is the Operations Director for the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra and has an A.A.S. in Business and Computer Science. Cindy is responsible for Patron services, daily office management, purchasing, administration and maintenance of the ticketing software which includes, season renewals, setup of the concert season for ticket sales, user accounts, generation of funding and campaign reports, maintains data base indexes, special projects and coordinates volunteer functions with the HSO Guild. Cindy’s background is in Information Technology where she retired from the Marshall County Health Care System.
