Online ticketing using our secure system is the fastest way to reserve your seats for any concert. All of the information you provide is private and safe, and you receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Our staff selects the best seats available in the section you choose, and your tickets are mailed or placed at the box office for pick-up on the night of the concert. You may use our online ordering system at any time, day or night. We do not recommend online orders on the same the day of the concert you wish to attend.

You can place ticket orders by telephone during regular business hours during the week. Use your American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard to charge your purchase.
Order In Person - Von Braun Center
Walk-ins are welcome! We sell tickets at the HSO office, weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the day of Saturday concerts. The office is located in the NE corner of the Von Braun Center complex, near the intersection of Monroe and Clinton. Park in the Clinton lot.
Tickets are also available at the concert location one hour before the start of the concert.

Complete a ticket order form and fax it to the HSO at 256-539-4819. The process is easy, if you have a fax machine. You may fax your ticket order at any time, day or night. Faxed requests are processed during normal business hours. We do not recommend faxing ticket orders on the day of a concert you wish to attend.

Complete a ticket order form and mail it to the HSO offices at HSO, PO Box 2400, Huntsville, AL 35804-2400. Mail requests are processed during normal business hours. Please allow plenty of time for postal delivery and processing of your order.
Recycles, Exchanges and Refunds
Except for cancelled events, there are no refunds on ticket purchases. There are no refunds for postponed or rescheduled events. All sales are final.
The ticket exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of their subscription tickets. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for any other concert. Twenty-four hours notice is required.
If you cannot attend a concert and do not wish to exchange your tickets for another concert, you can receive credit for a charitable donation equal to the purchase price by recycling your tickets. Recycle by phone at 256-539-4818 or online at least than 2-1/2 hours prior to performance time.
There is a $4.00 service charge per order.
There is a $2.00 VBC Surcharge per individual performance ticket.
